The Shimmer - Super Dark

THE SHIMMER project was born in September 2009 from Massimo Culpo (Max; guitar and synthesiser) and Riccardo Pasquale (Pasqua; bass guitar, vox and programming) and targets the production of new music from everyday's feelings translation, through an contemporary adaptation of traditional NEW WAVE british movement.
The band's live deduct was on January the 30th; it is remarkable to underline all the effort that was put throughout the previous year spent in studio for the recordings of New Days. Unfortunately, the record was released only in September despite their hard work. New Days is free of download from the band's wabsite.
The band's purposes are addressed to the production of original music; the band played all around the best clubs in the centre (Modena, Mantova), Tuscany (Firenze) and north of Italy (Vicenza, Varese e Torino). Finally, in 2011 the band is asked to open Clan Of Xymox's gig at Pop Corn Club of Marghera (Venezia); the best way to finish their first season.
From there on, the band comes back in studio to start the recording sessions of their second work; the song The Name of Love is the first single. In 2012, they forecast to release the second record.
